316 stainless steel coil: It contains 16-18% chromium, 10-14% nickel, and 2-3% molybdenum. It is the most commonly used grade of stainless steel in various industries. It offers excellent corrosion resistance in a wide range of environments, including marine and chemical environments. It is commonly used in applications such as food processing equipment, chemical processing equipment, and architectural components.
316L stainless steel coil: It is a low carbon version of 316 stainless steel, with a maximum carbon content of 0.03%. This makes it more resistant to sensitization, which is the formation of chromium carbides at grain boundaries that can lead to intergranular corrosion. It is commonly used in applications where welding is required, such as welded components and equipment.
316Ti stainless steel coil: It contains titanium as a stabilizing element, which helps to prevent sensitization and intergranular corrosion. This grade is commonly used in high-temperature applications, such as heat exchangers, furnace parts, and exhaust systems.
316H stainless steel coil: It is a high carbon version of 316 stainless steel, with a maximum carbon content of 0.04-0.10%. It offers higher strength and high-temperature resistance compared to 316 and 316L.
